Lambs lettuce

Lambs lettuce is also known as corn-salad and, in France, Mache. It has deep green, spoon shaped velvety leaves with a delicate, fairly mild flavour and a pleasing soft texture.

Lambs Lettuce is supplied in raw (kgs), packs of 8 x 125g or customized to meet your requirements.
