Graduate training scheme

We need graduates who are ambitious and motivated to develop into our senior managers of the future. Ideally you would have studied an Agricultural degree but other disciplines will be keenly considered.

This training, created around a personal development plan will be flexible and planned over a 2 year period during which time the trainees will be seconded to a number of different departments, including Growing, Harvesting, QA, Customer Services, Logistics and Administration.
