Safety
We and all our suppliers and partner growers apply HACCP principles to our production. All risks are analysed and inputs from fertilisers to pesticides are tightly controlled against legislative and other requirements. We verify our performance, including that of our suppliers, through regular microbial and pesticide testing.
Integrity and Honesty
Integrity and honesty are core values and part of the culture at Langmead Farms. This is felt in all customer and supplier communications. We do not trade, we build supplier relationships, and all suppliers are treated as fairly as we treat ourselves on our own farms.
Ethics
We and all our suppliers are registered on SEDEX. At our head office in West Sussex we have expertise on all aspects of ethics and ethical labour usage within our HR team. We regularly audit labour usage within our suppliers and labour providers.
